Introduction
HUB24 is one of Australia’s leading wealth management platforms, serving financial advisers, investment managers and their clients across superannuation, investments and managed portfolios. The project involved consolidating multiple existing platform sites into a single, unified website that clearly communicated HUB24’s full breadth of products, platforms and solutions in one place.
Working at BJM Digital, I was responsible for the full design process from strategy through to build handoff — including information architecture, user flow mapping, prototyping and a Figma component library delivered to the client for ongoing use after the build. The IA work was significant given the scope. HUB24 serves distinct audiences — advisers, investment managers, licensees and clients — each with different entry points and different information needs. The site structure was designed so each audience could find their way quickly without the other segments getting in the way.
Three specialised sections sat within the broader site and each presented their own design challenge. The Professional Development Centre was built as a learning hub for advisers, structured so users could browse and access training content and resources by topic and format. The Shareholder Centre gave investors a clear view of current stock data alongside important company documentation, designed for a professional audience that needed quick access to accurate information. Both sections required careful information hierarchy and clear navigation to work well given the volume of content they housed.
The Figma design library delivered at handoff was built to allow the HUB24 team to continue producing on-brand digital work independently. Components were documented and structured to reflect how the site was built, so the library was practical to use rather than just a reference artefact.
The project is a strong example of design system thinking applied at scale — a large, complex organisation with multiple audiences and content types brought together under a consistent visual and structural framework.

Part of my work with BJM Digital
This project was completed during my time at BJM Digital, where I worked as Lead Designer within the in-house team. The client was engaged directly through the agency, and I was responsible for leading the creative direction and design execution.
