ECF specialises in interior design products and services. I redesigned their website, significantly boosting user engagement and streamlining the purchasing process for interior designers and office managers.
The site is tailored to professional needs, offering a seamless experience for browsing inspirational content, creating product wishlists, and requesting quotes. The dedicated inspiration section, with trending and SEO-optimised content, enhances brand awareness and recognition. ECF’s products and services are engagingly showcased to attract and convert leads.
I also developed a custom client portal, allowing clients to log in and purchase from a pre-approved set of products, simplifying purchasing and administrative processes. This multifaceted website highlights ECF’s strengths, providing an efficient, inspirational, and convenient experience for customers.
