BJM Digital is a Melbourne digital agency specialising in complex web builds for corporate and enterprise clients. As UX/UI Design Lead, I worked closely with the BJM team to redesign their own website — a project that required the same rigour and attention to detail we brought to every client engagement.
The BJM site needed to communicate credibility to a sophisticated B2B audience — enterprise marketing managers, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams who needed to quickly understand the scope of what BJM could deliver and feel confident in their capability.
The information architecture was restructured to surface the right content for each audience segment — services, case studies, and team — in a way that felt intuitive rather than exhaustive. The visual language was refined to feel premium and considered, reflecting the level of work BJM delivers.
As both the designer and a member of the team being profiled, I had a unique perspective on what the site needed to communicate — and what the team was most proud of. That inside knowledge shaped every decision.
What this delivered
Stronger brand perception positioning BJM as a premium digital partner rather than a generalist agency.
Improved lead quality with clearer service articulation attracting better-matched enquiries.
A CMS the marketing team could manage and update independently.
Responsive design optimised for a professional audience browsing across devices.
Internal design system enabling consistent rollout of future campaign and service pages.
